The best Opera browser would be combining all of their features across their range of browsers and allowing people to enable/disable them at will. The regular Opera (dev version), however, has access to Opera's new AI Aria which is a pretty useful browser AI copilot. Those are the ways it distinguishes itself from the regular Opera.
